This turned out to be quite a unique one, it is a private residence redesigned to a 5 Bedroom Semi-Detached Duplex with 2 Rooms Detached Boys Quarters. The buildings got fully upgraded, completely retrofitted to suite client requirements, comprehensively fitted and tastefully furnished to include, CCTV systems, telecoms water treatment plant, stand by power generating set amidst others… facility management of the property is underway.
